Dear All,
In light of recent issues with conference rooms and the School’s policy regarding them, we will begin enforcing the need to contact one of the administrative assistants in order to reserve a conference room. Any calendar invite without
sufficient information that is sent to any of the conference room calendars will be declined due to it being an out of policy request. These new changes should not affect those with current permissions for making reservations but rather close the loophole
for bypassing reservation approval for those without appropriate permission.
To reserve a conference room, please visit any of our administrative assistants or contact our Main Office either via phone (765-494-4050) or email (chemain@purdue.edu). This will help ensure a more
efficient use of resources for our school as well as make sure that they are being appropriately used/scheduled.
