We are currently collecting internally to ChE, the names of staff members you feel meet the criteria for the annual College of Engineering Awards of Excellence (more information in the email below). You may also find the criteria and nomination
form for each award category listed under the Staff Awards heading via the link
HERE.
If you intend to nominate a ChE staff member, please send me the name of your desired nominee by the end of Thursday, September 7. This will allow us to efficiently coordinate our nominations at the School level. I can also
assist in determining who writes the various support letters and which category may be the most appropriate for the nomination. We greatly appreciate your time and effort with this entire nomination process in order to ensure our staff are recognized for their

Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of Dean Arvind Raman and the
Dean’s Staff Advisory Committee (DSAC), nominations for the 22nd annual
CoE Staff Awards of Excellence for College of Engineering Staff are now being accepted. Please find the nomination information and criteria here:
Several of the awards have been expanded this year. The New Employee Award has been divided into two separate categories –one for professional and management staff and one for support & service staff. Additionally, the Business Office,
Research, and Academic Advisor categories will now recognize two finalists, along with the award recipient.
Faculty and staff may review the nomination categories and selection criteria and nominate deserving staff members in all classifications. Nominations are due by
5:00 pm on Friday, October 6, 2023, and should be sent electronically to Will Sondgerath at
wsondger@purdue.edu. Past nominations may be carried over for one year following the initial submission.
Recipients will be recognized at the Staff Awards Banquet which will take place on December 8th, so be sure to keep an eye out for your personal invitation.
