I have been chairing/co-chairing Meet the Faculty Candidates poster session for last ten years.  We have seen that many programs get to know about the poster session little late and do not utilize the opportunity.  To avoid this and improve the effectiveness of the session, we reach out to most of the programs early so that they know about the session, and the participants.  Department heads forum helps us disseminate information about the session.   Please forward the enclosed file to all the department heads.  I appreciate your help.
