Dear Senators:

 

I am writing to ask you to reach out to your units and strongly encourage them to complete the Senate Wave 3 Survey. The data generated from these surveys is vital in our efforts to communicate with administration at all levels more effectively. We have shared and continue to share your concerns, your questions, and your suggestions, as well as work with Purdue’s administration, based on the data and your comments to identify ways to enhance the safety and personal well-being of the broader Purdue community. 

I know many of us are experiencing heightened levels of stress and anxiety—this is one of the more pronounced findings across the survey waves—and we may be weary of completing another survey, especially as we contemplate the fall semester. I firmly believe that having this information provides us with a much stronger collective voice to advocate on your behalf. I thank you for your assistance. It matters.
