Hello everyone,

In preparation for the ISP recertification with REM in March, members of the ChE Safety Committee will conduct safety inspections of ALL labs and offices, starting Monday, February 14, 2022. We will use the forms in the attached Excel workbook (form on first tab for labs, form on second tab for offices).

Reports of the inspections will be sent to PIs and safety officers (for labs) and to occupants of labs (if needed). Any identified deficiencies will need to be corrected within the time specified on the forms. Instructions on how to follow up regarding correction of deficiencies will be communicated in due time.
