It’s only the larger number of people for the first bullet point.  The second bullet point will only have 4 people, so any room is fine. 

For the larger group, let’s go with 3062B for when it’s available.  And when there’s conflicts, we can try to squeeze into a different room, maybe 3062a?

Is it the same number of people for both meetings?

In any case, with a group of more than 12 you are going to need 3062B and I can see there are some conflicts. We could put you in 3062B and work something out for the days where there are conflicts or we could request a classroom and see what happens.

Hello,

I think Lauren is out til next week – could you help me with some room reservations?

Could you please help me schedule conference rooms for the following:

• DOE project meeting, every other Weds starting 5/24/23 – 8/9/23, 2pm-3pm (these meetings will have 10-15 people. I’m not sure if we can reserve larger rooms, like a classroom. But at least let’s avoid a smaller room like 2107)
• Boudouris-Tackett sub-group meeting every other Weds starting 5/17/23 (the alternating Wednesdays from the first bullet point) 2pm-3pm
