RE: State Road 43 Resurfacing Project Begins Thursday, Aug. 25

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces a resurfacing project on State Road 43 (S.R. 43) will begin Thursday, August 25.  The project starts just north of U.S. 231 in West Lafayette and continues to just south of Interstate 65. 

This work will be completed from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Crews with Rieth-Riley will restrict one lane of traffic in the area they will be working with flaggers.  All lanes will be open, without restriction, from Friday at noon through Monday at noon during weekends of Purdue home football games.

This project is scheduled for completion November 5, 2011.
