Good Afternoon,

We have taken the E01 passenger elevator out of service at FRNY. It continues to trap people and we are getting a fault that we need to troubleshoot further. We will continue to work on it Tuesday 2/27/24.  The other elevators are still in service. Let me know if you have any questions.
