FYI…Due to the Receiving Dock and Atrium elevators being included on the shut down side, there will not be access to packages or movement of gas cylinders during this time. Please make plans to move any needed cylinders today.

Subject: [Che-staff-list] Fume Hoods and Air Supply SHUT DOWN - ADDITION SIDE CLOSED

BE ADVISED – Tomorrow Thursday 22,2023 the addition side of the building will be closed and locked due to the work being done on the fume hoods being shut down. EHS (formerly REM ) has mandated that it be closed due to no air flow while the work occurs. I apologize for the short notice

but no one will be allowed to enter. All labs should have taken the necessary precautions stated in the email I sent out Monday.  Please make sure you have any items you need when you leave today. The old side of the building will not be affected and will be in normal operation. If you have any questions please contact me. I will send out an email when the work is completed and the addition reopens. Thanks.
