Please see below the new Mileage Rate that went into effect January 1^st, 2013.  This new mileage rate is for all travel taken as of January 1^st.  If you have any questions please let me know.

Mileage Rate Change for Travel on or after January 1, 2013

Effective for travel on or after January 1, 2013, the privately owned vehicle mileage rate will change from 55.5 cents per mile to 56.5 cents per mile.

The IRS recently announced new standard mileage rates when using a personal vehicle for business reasons. Rates are based on the fixed and variable costs of operating a vehicle.

Mileage Rate for State Travel

The mileage rate for employees traveling on Sponsored Program Grant funds from the State of Indiana will continue to be paid at 44 cents per mile.
