Hi All,
GWG is excited to announce we will be hosting a virtual seminar on May 14th at 1 PM! Our speaker, ChE alumnae Dr. Claire Liu, will be discussing graduate
level internships, applying for senior level positions and her experience as senior scientist at Pfizer.
Dr. Claire Liu graduated from Dr. Zoltan Nagy’s group in September 2019 with a focus on crystallization process development of pharmaceutics. Then she went on to pursue a career
at Pfizer as a process modeling engineer where she uses process modeling to help understand, design and optimize different unit operations in small molecule drug substance manufacturing. Before graduate school, she studied chemical engineering and mathematics
at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. In her free time, she enjoys traveling (pre COVID), gardening and watercolor painting.
