Dear CoE Staff,
As we have begun the annual performance review cycle for 2024-25, please ensure you are aware of the upcoming steps regarding performance review management in the SuccessFactors system and the annual review timeline.
Each staff member is required to have performance goals recorded in SuccessFactors. We are currently in the middle of Stage (2) of the timeline below, and will move to Stage (3) later this month.
Supervisors and staff are encouraged to collaborate throughout this process and to continue making updates to the goals even after they have been initially entered. In order to be considered for a merit raise this year, each staff member must have a performance review completed within the SuccessFactors system by April 30th. While performance review assessments should be completed by managers at that time, the 1:1 meetings between supervisors and staff do not take place until May (see timeline below).
