Dear Faculty and Staff,

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to share a quick update regarding the coffee provided in the Interaction Room.

The cost of the coffee grounds we currently purchase — Sarasota Signature House Blend — has increased significantly. As we review our ongoing expenses, we would appreciate your feedback on how you would like us to proceed.

Specifically, we would like to know:

• Would you object to switching to a different coffee brand in order to identify a more cost‑effective option, or
• Do you prefer that we continue with our current brand despite the increased cost?

If you are open to a change, we would also welcome any suggestions:

• Are there particular brands you would recommend we consider?
• Are there any brands you would prefer we avoid?
