Do you currently have a desk? If so, do you still need it? If you need a desk, upon your supervisor’s request, we will assign you one, after our records are updated.

 

Please complete it and respond before noon on July 28 via email. Otherwise, your desk may be reassigned and your items disposed of.

 

Table – Please fill out all the fields in the table below, including your key information. A Right to Know (RTK) Certification is REQUIRED yearly in order to have key access. If you are expired or haven’t taken the RTK, be sure to go to https://bit.ly/3dDAqg2 and take the test ASAP. When you complete the RTK training, you will receive a confirmation email. Please, forward it me.
