Hello CCE Grad Students, The summer semester begins today - module 1 (May 19, 2025). Please note that most research hour sections begin today. You can register through May 22, 2025, without a late registration fee. Other courses may begin in a different summer module. Please be sure to note the registration period of the course/research hours you may be enrolled in to determine the exact add/drop dates: https://catalog.purdue.edu/preview_program.php?catoid=17&poid=31360. You can find more detailed information on the registration process at: https://engineering.purdue.edu/CCE/Academics/Graduate/Current/Register. Remember, if you are a thesis option student, you are required to register for thesis research if you are conducting it or working on your thesis/dissertation in any way. Likewise, you should register for research hours in proportion to your research and writing efforts for the semester. As a note: Registration for research hours is not dependent upon one holding a graduate assistantship. However, if you do have a graduate assistantship , you must be registered for at least three hours. If you wish to graduate in August, remember to register for an appropriate CAND course by June 11, 2025 and notify me.
