CEGSAC has some vacant positions on the Cultural & Community Outreach Committee, and we invite the graduate students to join us in leading that committee. Being a part of the CEGSAC team offers a unique opportunity to connect with new people, experience
diverse activities, and organize events for CCE graduate students!
The activities under the Cultural & Community Outreach Committee are very diverse: helping students to get engaged with local communities (for example, food pantry voluntary work), planning cultural events like celebrating Lunar New Year, or any types
of fun activities that can help the graduate students to have fun and get connected to the student or local communities. The below is the general outline (not limited to) of what the Cultural & Community Outreach Committee does:
