The Civil Engineering Graduate Student Advisory Council (CEGSAC), in collaboration with the ASCE T&DI Student Chapter of Purdue University and the Build America Center, will host a workshop on Financial Assessment of P3 Projects in Transport Infrastructure, featuring Dr. Cesar Queiroz (Transport Infrastructure Consultant) and Dr. Samuel Labi (Purdue University). This event is also supported by the ITE Student Chapter at Purdue. CCE faculty members are kindly requested to circulate this invitation within your research groups and among interested candidates.

• Project finance basics, Public-Private Partnership (P3) structures, and risk allocation.
• Learn to use the financial modelling toolkit for P3 in Roads and Highways (adapted by the World Bank).
• Financial assessment of “User Pays” and availability payment P3 projects.
• Hands-on group exercises and discussion
