We have 59 responses from students planning to attend the Virtual Admitted Grad Student Open House on March 27 and 28th.
If you would be willing to meet with students, Thursday, March 27, 7-8pm or Friday, March 28, 10am – 11am, please set up a zoom meeting and send me the link (I would suggest 30 minutes or 1 hour meeting times). I’ll then provide it to
the students.

Subject: Fall 2025 CCE Admitted Grad Student Open house
Hello CCE Faculty,
We will be holding a virtual open house for admitted graduate students on March 27-28, 2025. We plan to have a “live” session where the CCE Grad Office presents general information about the School each day. We will also provide links to research summaries,
faculty/student highlights, lab tours etc. The link documents that we provided to the students last year is attached. If you have new or updated information that you would like us to include, please send it to me as soon as possible.
In order to have admitted students to invite to the Admitted Student Visit – we ask that you complete as many application reviews as possible by March 7, 2025.
We would also like a few faculty members to be available for 30 – 60 minutes, either or both days to chat with students online. We will be asking the students to register for the open house, so we’ll have a better idea in a couple weeks
about which area’s the students are interested in. If you may be available Thursday, March 27 in the evening (7-8pm) or Friday, March 28 in the morning (10am – 11am) and would be able to help, please let me know by Friday, March 14th.
