The CEGSAC team thanks everyone for making this academic year a resounding success. The CEGSAC team has organized many successful events (with more events lined up for the rest of the semester), which could not have happened without the active engagement and participation of the CCE graduate student community.  

With this academic year coming to an end, it is time to have elections for the 2025-26 year!

Nomination form
If you believe you or someone you know would be an excellent candidate for an officer position in the upcoming year, we encourage you to submit a nomination through the following link (https://forms.gle/pf94Hzg8o19Rytpi7). 

Important dates
The nomination deadline is Friday, April 18th, 2025, at 5:00 pm. The nominees will either decline or accept the nomination by Monday, April 21st at 5:00 pm, and elections will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, at 5:00 pm in HAMP1144.

Eligibility
All officers must be full-time graduate students enrolled in the Lyles School of Civil and Construction Engineering during their terms (graduation or taking internships in the Fall semester of 2025 makes a person ineligible).

Participating in CEGSAC offers a unique opportunity to connect with new people, organize events for civil engineering graduate students, and directly contribute to the decision-making process of the College of Engineering.
