Subject: Office Cleaning Pilot 1/23/26

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to review the information shared last week regarding the upcoming office cleaning pilot. I appreciate the thoughtful engagement, emails received, and the beginning of our collaboration as we work towards maintaining a clean, healthy campus while supporting affordability and sustainability goals.

As a follow-up, attached is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sheet that can be shared with building occupants and departmental staff. This document is intended to help address common questions related to the pilot, including service changes, expectations for occupants, and overall pilot goals.  We have also added an additional building to the pilot which brings us up to 14.  Appreciate that groups willingness to participate.

Next week, maps identifying the locations of the centralized landfill (trash) and recycling bins for each pilot building will be distributed. These maps are intended to support a smooth transition and help occupants easily locate the new centralized collection points.  Additional information from Sustainability will also be included that will walk through best practices when discarding landfill (trash) and recycling.

We will also continue to follow up with building-specific information, including adjusted cleaning schedules, ahead of the anticipated February 2, 2026 start date.

Thank you again for your partnership as we move forward with this pilot. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or feedback.

Kindly,
