Prof. Das obtained his PhD from Purdue University in 2013, and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering Sciences and Mechanics at Pennsylvania State University. Prof. Das has been honored with the 2020-21 Rustum and Della Roy Innovation in Materials Research Award, Penn State University, and the Young Investigator Award, Air Force Office of Scientific Research, Feb 2017-Jan 2020.
