For ATS, USA citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. Looking for Masters/Ph.D.s to do development work with customers to move ideas to production. 2. They have projects in quantum computing (we manufacture for D-Wave), silicon photonics, and advanced devices and packaging. 3.
