Post-doc opening in oxide electronics

We anticipate an opening for a post-doctoral fellow in early 2019 in an exciting area related to correlated oxide electronics. The project involves thin film semiconductor growth and electronic transport measurements. This is a cutting-edge topic involving quantum materials and has relevance to emerging fields such as neuromorphic computing and robotics. Candidates with hands-on skills in deposition, lithography and device physics will be particularly suited. Interested candidates should contact Shriram Ramanathan (Shriram AT purdue DOT edu) for further details.
