I’m a PhD student in ECE at Purdue.  I’m working on a project where there is need to make ALD on Si wafer.  There is need for me to vacuum clean my wafer and my glassware.   I’ve not used the involved solutions before (for example: Piranha and Aqua Regia solutions).  So I’m in need of someone who could just show me how to clean my wafer using them so that I don’t hurt myself when using them.  I don’t know any grad student who could help me on this.  It will be helpful if you could at least suggest whom to contact for this.
