Thank you so much for volunteering in the Mock Cleanroom of NSAC. Without your help and support, it would not be possible to host the mock cleanroom.
I realized that almost all of the mock cleanroom is organized by personal experience and little is documented. I invite you to help us organize documentation for the mock cleanroom. We will prepare documentation and front poster for all of the Mock Cleanroom items of NSAC, and prepare instructions for all exhibits for the next year, with our experience this year. Please provide your availability in the Doodle Poll:
Particularly, we will be working on these things:
- Poster Design for Mock Cleanroom
- Entrance and Exit Signs for Mock Cleanroom
- Front Display Poster for each exhibit and steps
- Back Display instruction for volunteers
- Backorder instruction and supplies list
- Banner for Mock Cleanroom
- Room setup instruction and extra items
- Backdrop design
We will be ordering Dinner for the people who help us with the documentation. You must bring your own laptop to the meeting. Even if you did not volunteer in the mock cleanroom, you are welcome to join the meeting to help us prepare the posters and instructions.
