International Summer School: Printed Hybrid Photonic & Electronic Structures 22/07-05/08 at KIT, Karlsruhe

or pursuing a doctorate in Germany?
If so, the International Summer School „Printed Hybrid Photonic & Electronic Structures: Enabling Technology Needs of Today & Tomorrow” at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, co-organized by the Cluster
of Excellence 3D Matter Made to Order, the Karlsruhe School of Optics and Photonics, and Ensemble3, is the perfect program for you!
The Summer School will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany from July 22 to August 05, 2022 and will feature lectures and workshops from some of the leading researchers in their field. The schedule
also contains soft skill trainings, industry visits and laboratory tours. In addition to the academic program, there will be plenty of time to socialize, network and get to know Karlsruhe and its surrounding area - France and the Black Forest
are just a stone's throw away.
The Summer School is aimed at advanced Bachelor students as well as Master students of physics, electrical / mechanical engineering, material science or a related field. The total cost of the summer school is 600
€, which includes accommodation (a nice hostel in the centre of Karlsruhe), meals and the participation in the program. Travel costs will be reimbursed by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) after the completion of the program.
It is possible to apply for a DAAD scholarship, which covers the participation fee.
