Please review Meggie’s note below.  She’s not available to help with tours tomorrow afternoon but does have some notes.  I often, too, use the “self-guided” tour guide as a basis of the tours.

Deb,   I cannot help with these tours since my class runs into the time,   but let the grad students know that there are notes to help with tours, because apparently many are ‘afraid’ to give them because they don’t know what to say or do,  so I have some notes on tours that maybe would encourage more volunteers.  Meggie

Ladies:

Just a reminder that the PCARET Group will be visiting DP on November 14, 2007 from 1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.  Valerie and I will greet them and give a quick overview.  We will then divide the 35 guests into two groups and escort one group to Bindley and one group to Birck to tour until 2:10 p.m.  After a switch in the skywalk, the groups will tour from 2:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.  We will then escort the two groups back to Morgan for departure.  Thanks!
