Argonne trip rescheduled for Feb 26, 2010
Dear BNC faculty, Professor Yong Chen is organizing a faculty delegation from Purdue to visit Argonne's Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM: http://nano.anl.gov/ ). The 1-day (full day) visit (originally scheduled in early January but cancelled due to snowstorm) is now rescheduled to Feb. 26 Friday. The purposes of the trip are to: 1) tour CNM user facilities 2) meet group leaders from various CNM research thrusts to explore possible future research collaboration (including pursuing joint funding). 3) discuss a planned Purdue-ANL nanoworkshop in the near future Any faculty member interested in attending this trip should email Melissa Marris (lanem@purdue.edu) Deborah Starewich (dstarewi@purdue.edu<mailto:dstarewi@purdue.edu>) before Feb. 1, and also please indicate if you are US citizen/permanent resident or non-permanent resident in the email.
