Dear all,

 

With the turnover to the new travel agency in Concur the Delegates listed are now receiving emails/itineraries on your trips. Since we have had quite a bit of turn over here in Birck we thought it would be a good time to clean up the Delegates you have listed. The Traveler is the only one who can add and delete Delegates. Here are the instructions.

 

Click on the down arrow in the upper right hand corner next to Profile, select Profile Settings, go over to the left and down to Request Settings, select Request Delegates. Please check the box next to the names of the people that are listed that are no longer here in Birck and go up and click Delete.

 

Next click on Add type in email address of the support person (see attached list, if you are a student look for your professor.), click all the boxes and save.

 

Next, go down to Expense Settings, select Expense Delegates, and do the same thing, check the box next to the names of the people that are listed that are no longer here in Birck and go up and click Delete. Then start adding your Delegate, they may already be there.  

Click on all the boxes again, and then Save.

 

This will now allow us to do/help with your travel. And, will eliminate the old Delegates from getting emails regarding your current travel.
