The Center for Nanophase Materials Sciences (CNMS) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the CNMS User Executive Committee are pleased to announce Registration is OPEN! for the 2018 CNMS User Meeting to be held August 13-15, 2018 at ORNL. This meeting will highlight research achievements of CNMS users, staff and the broader nanoscience community, with particular emphasis on topical areas (1) Creating the Next Generation of Materials, and (2) Observing Dynamic Processes with In-Situ and Operando Techniques.

Plenary addresses will be given by Paul Braun (University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign) and William Dichtel (Northwestern University).

Meeting also features:

Two parallel tracks of oral presentations from Invited Speakers
Additional contributed talks and posters selected from submitted abstracts
Poster Session with Best Student Poster Competition
Opportunities for user proposal planning with CNMS staff
