Good Evening, We are experiencing problems with the ultrapure water system that feeds our clean steam generator so we will not have humidity control for the cleanroom until this system is fixed. We will continue monitoring the water system and turn the clean steam generator back on when we get confirmation this problem has been fully resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
