NOTICE - Extension of Preventive Maintenance Shut Down Over the Weekend
Dear BNC User, During the Birck Nanotechnology preventive maintenance shutdown we try to complete upgrades and changes to critical building system along with our normal preventive maintenance activities. We had 3 critical upgrades during this shutdown and one of them was the replacement of the building wide Uninterruptable Power System (UPS) which had some setbacks that will require us to extend the shutdown over the weekend into next Monday or Tuesday. We will send out a notice once the work is completed and the buildings systems are stabilized. This means that the planned building shutdown scheduled for October 30th to November 1 will not happen until after the Thanksgiving break. Thank you for your patience during these critical upgrades.
