Dear Birck Cleanroom Users,

As of 7:30am this morning, the relative humidity within the cleanroom is back to full control and is within specifications.

Please note relative humidity within the labs of Birck was not affected by this recent ultrapure water shutdown, and has maintained control throughout the duration.
