Additionally, the vibration damping plate was successfully installed in P-Bay where the new JEOL electron beam lithography system will be located. Thanks for your patience while this work was completed. A new AJA Ion Mill has been ordered and should arrive here at Birck in the October time frame. It is slated to be installed in Q-Bay. The new 40' roll-to-roll system should arrive in September and E-Bay is being prepared to accommodate this new system. All this new equipment keeps Birck on the leading edge of research capability!
