The Birck Lunchtime Running club is looking for new members. Anyone wanting to be more active and get in a little exercise over lunch is welcome to join. All abilities are encouraged to join, and having a group to run with is a proven way to keep motivated in your exercise program. Come to a meet and greet information session on Thursday Sept 1, 2001 at 4:30pm in BRK 2001. John Coy has agreed to organize the runs and be the staff contact. Please contact him with any questions.
