NMS Call Information For NMS, contracts will be awarded as early as January 1, 2011 . Two-page white papers addressing the challenges specified in the NMS research needs document must be submitted via the SRC website between August 2 – 9, 2011, with a deadline of 3 pm ET on Monday, August 9.
