Dear Birck Users, As part of the Birck Modernization Project the contractors need to begin working in N-Bay starting on Monday, Aug. 4 and continuing through that week, finishing their work late Friday, Aug. 8. The entire bay will be shut down during this week-long period, and there will be no access to these tools during this time: * Nanoimprint * Hot Plates * MJB3_2, MJB4, MA6, SB6, Heidelberg * Spinner 1, Spinner 3 * Optical Microscopes * Apreo SEM.
