The Birck cleanroom will be down for maintanence on Thursday and part of Friday of next week 8/10-8/11. Please do not enter the cleanroom during this time. If you have chemicals in any hood in the cleanroom, please make sure they are all taken care of by midnight on the 9th. Anything left after that point will be disposed of as waste. The Triode etcher may be up and running by the end of next week. Casey is working dilligently to try and get this system up by 8/11/06 The (Si) DRIE blower had to be sent back for repair again. It is expected to be gone about two weeks. I will update all users when the system is online. Dave Lubelski
