Birck Events<https://www.purdue.edu/discoverypark/birck/events/index.php> and Birck News<https://www.purdue.edu/discoverypark/birck/news/index.php> Soft Materials Lab Open for Lithography Processing The new soft materials lab in the southwest corner of the biocleanroom is ready for photolithography processing. We have completed the installation of a spinner and MJB-3 contact aligner, along with yellow light and a solvent hood. Please be aware that working in the biocleanroom requires a biocleanroom SOP review and an orientation meeting in order to discuss gowning requirements and specific biocleanroom work protocols. New users wanting to use the soft materials lithography tools should contact Guy Telesnicki (gtelesni@purdue.edu<mailto:gtelesni@purdue.edu>) for details on this training. Additionally, anyone wishing to use the spinner and/or aligner please contact Joon Park (park218@purdue.edu<mailto:park218@purdue.edu>) for training.
