For those of you that have been instructed by your advisors to present your group’s posters tomorrow at the 10th anniversary, could you please complete the form below to confirm that you will be present during the poster session: http://bit.do/birck_poster_session Due to the reception for Birck staffs that will be taking place from 3:30pm to 4:30pm tomorrow, we ask that you kindly place your posters on the easels before 3:30pm tomorrow. We would like to provide you with a few updates on the poster session during the Birck 10th Anniversary, which will be taking place this Friday Oct 30 from 4:30PM to 5:30PM in the Birck Atrium.

There will be easels for the poster display arranged in the Birck atrium. If your group’s posters are already hung on the walls in Birck, we ask that you retrieve the ones you would like to display from the walls and place them on the easels in the BNC atrium from 3:30PM (immediately after the lab tours) on Friday. After the poster session, please return the posters that were retrieved from the walls back to the walls.
