Holiday Purdue University will be closed Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Purdue University will also be closed Thursday, December 24th through Sunday, January 3rd in observance of the winter recess. Please plan ahead. Materials Management and Distribution Services/ Surplus Store Holiday Recess Schedules Materials Management and Distribution Services, which includes Purdue's Surplus Store, will shut down for Thanksgiving vacation November 26 and 27, returning to normal hours of operation on Monday, November 30. Please make sure to drop off any outgoing packages to MMDC no later than 4pm on Wednesday, November 25. Beginning December 24, 2015 through January 3, 2016, there will be no mail delivery; Purdue University's normal operations will shut down, virtually. Please make sure to drop off outgoing packages to MMDC no later than 4pm on Wednesday, December 23. Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 4. If you have FedEx or UPS packages that need to go out during this time, you will have to process them online and call FedEx or UPS directly to schedule a pickup.
