I will try to let you know when it is up and functioning again.

You should continue to do request and expense in Concur. Just unable to book.

I have individuals unable to book. Is this still not operational? Should booking be done through AAA instead of Concur?

Do not use the "Book Travel" feature button as it is currently not functioning correctly. Concur is working to resolve this issue.

Travelers still able to book in Concur while feature is currently unavailable

When booking in Concur, travelers should complete the travel request as instructed in the Quick Reference Guide for Booking Travel in Concur.

Do not use the "Book Travel" feature button as it is currently not functioning correctly. Concur is working to resolve this issue.

If any travel needs to be adjusted or rebooked, please reach out to AAA Corporate Travel. Questions regarding Concur may be directed to Purdue Travel at purduetravel@purdue.edu.

New SPS standard queries available in Cognos

New SPS standard Cognos queries are now available for use. The queries provide ability to extract data from FY2007 to current. Users can find the below queries in the Team > Standard Content > SPS folder:

• SPS Funding Proposals Submitted
• SPS Awards Received
• SPS Expenditure Summary
