Dear Birck Research Community,

Through the focused and diligent efforts of many people including engineering staff, facility staff, and trades, the UltraPure Water system has been repaired and is operational.  Fume hoods are once again open for processing throughout the facility.  A reminder that UPW is used for humidification in the cleanroom so the facilities staff is turning on the steam humidifiers and expect humidity control by noon on Thursday after the cleanroom has stabilized.

Thank you all for your patience during this issue, and a special thanks to the many people who teamed up to solve this problem so quickly.
