Greetings all, this week’s Fab Forum will have a brief overview of the new Keyence VHX 6000 Digital Microscope to be installed in the cleanroom. Stop by to hear the capabilities of this exciting new metrology tool capable of large depths of focus, magnification from 20 to 2000x, and angled observation. Weekly announcements will precede; open discussion and questions will follow.
