The steam outage is in full swing, and it has had a more dramatic effect on the laboratories than expected.  The temperatures are now approaching 60 degrees and going down.  Humidity is still going up.  During high humidity periods, please do not operate high-voltage equipment that could cause safety issues or damaging effects if arcing occurs.  This is an issue for most high-energy RF systems, such as the Epigress.  Please review the vulnerabilities of any high-voltage equipment to humidity before using it.
