Dear All,

Following Prof. Peroulis’ s email, I have further information on displaying BNC’s research.

Please use attached template for preparing your posters. It is in 24” x 36” size with vertical or horizontal orientation. I will take care of printing and framing them. In addition to your research posters, please consider to prepare at least one poster summarizing the research work happening in your lab/group. Once it is ready, send me the PDF version of your final poster to print (spol@purdue.edu).

On other note, if your research has been highlighted in news recently, please  use ‘BNC in the News’ template with representative picture and abstract/importance of the research. I’ll edit this poster if needed.

It would be good to receive the posters as soon as possible to avoid rush order to the printer. The deadline for original posters to be reprinted (transferred on new template) is Monday, Oct 5th, and for new posters, is Monday, Oct 12th.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding posters or hardware display of your research.

I’m looking forward to working with you.

Best regards,

Swati

Subject: [BNC-all] posters and hardware display

Dear all,

I would like to provide a quick update on the following items:

1.       Posters: we are updating all building and research posters to make sure they are up to date for the October 30th 10-year celebration. Swati (spol@purdue.edu) will email you to help you update your posters, if desired, and add new posters as needed. We are also improving the frames to ensure a more professional appearance.

2.       We have purchased new display hardware cases with about 40 display spaces. They are located in the atrium and provide an opportunity to display your hardware. Please work with Swati to add the material you like for your research effort. In addition, you can provide a slide describing this material. These will be loaded on an ipad next to the display case.

Given the October 30th celebration, it would be great to have posters and hardware displays ready by October 20th.

Best

Dimitri
