Performing fiber repair work on Thursday, Aug. 3 and Friday, Aug. 4 from 12:00 – 6:00 am. All Purdue University West Lafayette general internet
will be disrupted for up to 30 minutes or longer.
Cardinal Contracting will be removing the TRE from the clean room to the sub fab on August 10. Because of the size and weight of the TRE, we would like to close the optical litho bays M, N and P during the removal.
Tools affected include MJB3 and MA6 aligners, Suss Bonder, Laminator tool, microscopes, hot plates, Nanonex, VB6, Bruker GT, Nanoman AFM, and Hermetic sealer.
Please update our users as to this partial clean room shutdown of Bays M, N and P on Thursday, August 10. Cardinal has not given us a starting time but morning hours are likely. Could you place a notice in both
this Friday and next Friday?
Thanks, Mike
