Everyone,

   We will be closing the hallways next week for scrubbing and waxing on the 1^st floor around the sub-fab.  Tuesday and Wednesday we will close those back hallways from 5AM to 9PM, so you will not have access to either BRK 1153 or BRK 1157.  Please plan accordingly and thank you for your patience.
