Update:  KLA Tencor Profiler

Our new KLA-Tencor P7 surface profilometer has been installed in the cleanroom and we’re in the process of learning the instrument and its controls.  Additional training will be provided by a KLA field service engineer during the week of August 11^th.  We will make it available to users shortly thereafter. 

As always, please keep your suggestions and ideas coming!

Gentle Reminder – Even though it is summer, you are still required to wear long pants, closed toe shoes, and safety glasses when entering any restricted areas such as labs, galley, etc.
