Cleanroom News Lost & Found Safety Seminar Cleanroom News Update: KLA Tencor Profiler Our new KLA-Tencor P7 surface profilometer has been installed in the cleanroom and we're in the process of learning the instrument and its controls. Additional training will be provided by a KLA field service engineer during the week of August 11th. We will make it available to users shortly thereafter.
